DELIVERIES
Our deliveries are fast. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours and you will typically receive your orders in about 5 business days.  Deliveries are subject to availability of merchandise.

It’s simple. If you’re not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received just return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Laundered or embroidered items are not returnable. Unfortunately, shipping/handling charges are not refundable.

EMBROIDERY INFORMATION
We can embroider block or script lettering on any uniform. We also offer a number of embroidered designs for professionals. See Embroidery Information. Please remember that embroidered items are not returnable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please follow the instructions on  your order summary and enclose it with the items you want to exchange or return. All items returned must be in their original condition and returned within 30 days of receipt. Laundered or embroidered items are not returnable. All freight on returned packages must be prepaid.
